Booking Terms
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Villa Rosaria. A deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival forfeit the deposit. No-shows are charged the full stay amount.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: from 15:00. Check-out: by 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged on request, subject to availability.
House Rules
- No smoking indoors
- No parties or events without prior arrangement
- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00
- Pets by arrangement only
Liability
Villa Rosaria is not liable for personal injury or loss of property during your stay, except where caused by negligence. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Catania, Italy.
