Cancellation Policy

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: from 15:00. Check-out: by 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged on request, subject to availability.
House Rules
- No smoking indoors
- No parties or events without prior arrangement
- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00
- Pets are not permitted at Villa Rosaria.
Liability
Villa Rosaria is not liable for personal injury or loss of property during your stay, except where caused by negligence. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Catania, Italy.
