Interior light and architecture at Villa Rosaria

Rooms & Spaces

The residence unfolds across multiple levels, balancing shared living with quieter private spaces.

A House Designed for Different Rhythms

Families and groups travelling together rarely move as one. Someone wakes early and reads on the terrace; others sleep late behind closed doors. The children disappear into the garden while dinner is prepared at a pace that belongs to no schedule.

Villa Rosaria was designed with this in mind. Each floor establishes its own atmosphere: the ground level opens generously toward the garden, the first floor is quieter and more inward, and the upper apartment exists almost independently. The result is a house where proximity and privacy coexist without effort, where no one has to choose between solitude and company.

Sleeping Arrangements

Villa Rosaria accommodates up to eleven guests across five distinct sleeping spaces, with an optional arrangement for a twelfth guest on request. The house is suited to families, groups of friends, and multi-generational stays, with generous common areas for gathering and quieter rooms for retreat.

  • Triple room with queen bed and single bed
  • Double room with queen bed and en suite bathroom
  • Twin room with two single beds
  • Independent upper apartment with queen bed, kitchenette, living area, and terrace access

For larger groups, a queen bed can be prepared in a separate private room on the first floor, allowing the villa to host a twelfth guest.

The Sea Room

Quiet and uncluttered, this queen room catches light from the coast-facing side of the house. It is calm rather than decorative, with enough space to settle in without interrupting the proportions of the room.

A Room for Sharing

A larger room arranged for flexible sharing, with a queen bed and a single bed. It works well for parents with a child, close friends, or guests who prefer to stay near one another while still having enough space to unpack and settle.

A More Private Retreat

Set slightly apart from the other bedrooms, this queen room has its own bathroom and a quieter, more self-contained atmosphere. It suits guests who value privacy in the morning before rejoining the rest of the house.

Flexible Arrangements

Two single beds give this room a straightforward flexibility. It works for siblings, friends, teenagers, or guests who simply prefer separate beds, without asking the room to become more formal than it needs to be.

The Upper Apartment

The top floor operates with a little more independence. Beneath sloped ceilings, a queen bed, kitchenette, and living area create a quieter rhythm for guests who want some separation while remaining part of the house.

Morning light enters through angular windows; the views and upper-floor light give the apartment its own small sense of arrival. It is close enough to join the rest of the villa easily, and separate enough to feel like a retreat.
